Our founder, Ginger Rowe, believes in high quality clothes that will last because  a simple, clean style like ours never goes out of style!

Hey, it's Ginger  

I've always had the  dream of one day owning my own clothing store. I was inspired and excited to create a “Brick and Mortar” retail outlet with the primary goals in mind of providing quality women’s wear and personable customer service to the local and surrounding communities. That dream became a reality in January of 1994,  Time Out Clothing was warmly welcomed in the downtown Los Gatos retail district. My number one focus is making sure anybody that enters our store is treated like a guest in our home and truly feels safe in our environment.
