We hope that your new purchase is all you expected and more. We do understand that returns might be necessary. Please see the instructions below.

- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

- Customers will be issued a refund for merchandise if it is received within the return window, in good and unworn condition.

APPAREL
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. For Tops and Dresses, please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

SHOES
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on the carpet. Shoe boxes are an essential part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes, without tape or postal labels.

SWIMWEAR
Please try on over your underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip. If it is to be returned, it must have original tags, and sanitary protective slip still attached.

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- Items on Sale are discounted in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

We are happy to exchange any of your regular priced items for size change or any other items. Once we receive your return, we can exchange the item out, and resend the new item to you.

If you live near our store, you may also select to pick up your order at the store.

We take time to inspect every item before shipping, If you feel like your item is damaged in some way, please contact us directly at ginger@timeoutclothiing.com or call (408)354-8653. We will need to see pictures of the items to approve the damage. We of course will make every effort to replace any damages and ship immediately back to you.

If you have not received your item within the time frame of tracking provided, please contact us directly at ginger@timeoutclothiing.com or call (408)354-8653. We will then contact the carrier and request any proof of delivery. Time Out Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen items when we have handed them to the carrier, but we will make every effort to assist in locating the items for you.
